About Our Organization

The West 80s Neighborhood Association Youth Council is a teen-directed group that volunteers to assist its parent organization, the West 80s Neighborhood Association, in its work to preserve the character, charm, and quality of life of the UWS. The Council provides teens who live or study in the area with opportunities to engage in neighborhood stewardship and civic participation.
